The BAe 146 / Avro RJ’s flight handling characteristics render it particularly suited to aerial delivery missions such as aerial fire-fighting. The ability to fly safely at low altitudes over challenging terrains and execute low speed turns are amply demonstrated in our video. As a Class 1 tanker delivering more than 3,000 USG of retardant per flight, the aircraft has a key future role in fighting fires globally.

The aircraft performance is ideally suited to this demanding mission, offering full independence from ground support equipment, proven unpaved and short field operations and remote operation ability backed by 3-engine ferry capability.

Our portfolio features examples of BAe 146QT and ATPF offering potential for containerised or bulk load freight capacity at 10-12 or 8 tonnes. We can also offer a Jetstream 41 freighter conversion modification to convert the passenger aircraft to offer a cost-efficient 3 tonne solution particularly suited to feed small air cargo hubs.

Falko’s managed portfolio of aircraft includes a significant number of spare (and installed) ALF502 and LF507 engines which are available now for lease and / or sale at competitive rates. The majority are EMCPP (Engine Maintenance Cost Protection Programme) enrolled and available for service immediately.
