VP Marketing

Falko is servicer to various aircraft owning entities and manages a portfolio of >200 small commercial jets and turboprops on operating lease worldwide.

We are currently recruiting for a new VP – Marketing. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the postholder will work closely with the marketing team within Falko and will have primary responsibility for originating aircraft transactions and coordinating relationships with OEMs.

Responsible for the lease placement and sales for off-lease assets and near-term maturities within the Falko managed portfolio, alongside origination of sales and leaseback acquisitions of small commercial aircraft, this position will have a focus on southern European and Latin American regions.

With proven ability and substantial experience in a customer facing aviation role, the postholder will use their sound interpersonal skills and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, as well as English, to source transactions, maintain client relationships and negotiate documentation.

The postholder must always adhere to company policies and procedures and will be expected to work under minimum supervision.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Maintenance and expansion of a network of airline relationships in the region;
• Maintaining a close relationship with aircraft manufacturer sales teams responsible for the regions;
• Liaising with the Analysis team to undertake pricing, investment and cash flow analysis of placement, acquisition or sale opportunities;
• Presentation of opportunities to management for approval;
• Liaising with Commercial and Technical departments to provide support and coordination if required during LOI, documentation and delivery phases

The role is based in Hatfield or Dublin and candidates must be willing to undertake regular travel required to attend meetings and conferences.
