We are seeking an AVP Commercial to join our growing Commercial team. The position will be based in our Hatfield office.

This role is suited for a qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience of supporting trades and leasing transactions in the aviation sector – and offers an excellent opportunity to develop professionally and gain broad exposure within a dynamic, commercially focused transactional team.

Successful candidates will have proven relevant transactional experience within a leading law firm, aircraft lessor, financier, OEM, or airline, and must have demonstrable experience of drafting, negotiating and supporting the successful closing of complex transactions in the aviation sector including, but not limited to, aircraft sales and acquisitions, lease agreements and debt financing.
