We are seeking a highly experienced VP Powerplant to support the sales, leasing, and acquisition of high-value aircraft within a global operating lessor environment. This role involves leading engine-related technical programmes, managing powerplant elements of complex transactions with airlines, OEMs, and MROs, overseeing engine maintenance event claim processes, and ensuring compliance with UK CAA, EASA, and FAA regulations. The successful candidate will bring extensive aviation and powerplant experience, strong knowledge of engine systems and airworthiness requirements, and a proven track record in delivering high-value projects. You will possess excellent programme management and leadership skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. A proactive approach, ability to manage competing priorities, experience mentoring team members, and willingness to travel internationally at short notice are essential.
